Would FIFA13 be good?
Well I don’t know yet, but what I can tell you is that I can’t wait to play it. I’m so shit at FIFA12 at the moment (online) which makes me think that I’m just too good for this version now, so a need a new one. And apparently as usual with EA Sports, FIFA13 is coming with its slot of new features including the First Touch Control mechanic, which promises to lend the game a more unpredictable nature, a brand new attacking AI, new free-kick options, better dribbling controls and a new physicality in the gameplay, which allows for more aggressive, body-checking play when it comes to the battle for possession of the ball.
Amongst all this there is also a new Manager mode which will allow you to finally manage an international team. That’s a huge step forward, I mean I can’t wait to lead Kazakhstan to the world cup victory!
The new transfer system also factors in aspects such as player form, age, morale, club rivalries and the amount of time a player still has left on their contract, but they would be also affected if they don’t have the last and most expensive sport car on the market. I’m kidding.
Finally you can properly train yourself with the Skills Games which are essentially a selection of 32 mini-games based around the different disciplines in football; passing, crossing, dribbling, shooting, advanced shooting, lobs, taking penalties and taking free kicks. Very interesting isn’t?
To be released next September, FIFA13 by EA is going to smash it like every year, and like every year I’m going to buy it. I’m so bored of FIFA12…
